I dream all the time. I dream about owning my own horse again. When I was younger I did go after my dreams. My oldest brother bought my horse, I was 9 yrs old. My family was poor their was five of us kids. My oldest brother was 10 yrs older than me, so he had a job and he would save some of his money. He did give mom and dad some money to help out. When I asked him to buy a horse for me, he was in the process of getting married. I just about fainted when he said yes! We had a little farm down the lane from us, really nice man. I asked him if I could board my horse down here if I worked the farm for boarding. Well he said yes! I cleaned stalls, I cleaned chicken coops plus gathered the eggs, which I didn't like to do, but I didn't say a word. In the fall when he harvest the corn fields I went around an picked up the corn cobs that the tractor missed. So I guess I went after my dream. Now is a different story, I'm disabled and I'm limited to what I do. I did chase one dream that came true, was I wanted to get back on the horse. I found a place about an hour away from me that I go to. It's more like therapy lessons but at least I get to ride. The one dream about owning my own horse I know won't come true, but I can dream and nobody can take that away from me.
